    This Public Health Association’s Basic Shelf Cookbook 2011 Edition contains recipes prepared from low cost, nutritious ingredients that require little or no refrigeration. Recipes are quick and easy to make, requiring a minimum of cooking experience and equipment. There is a cost to purchase the recipe book.
